Differences TOEFL and IELTS

     College or scholarship program abroad is for some people to be a dream and generally we must attach a certificate of test of English as a foreign language (TOEFL) or International English language testing system (IELTS).
then what exactly, what is the difference TOEFL and IELTS, and I will explain what the differences of the two?

1. Organizational developers
Although both to measure English language abilities, either TOEFL or IELTS initiated by different developers. TOEFL is made from the Educational Testing Service (ETS), an organization of the United States. While IELTS is developed by a collaboration between the British Council University of Cambridge and IELTS Australia.
2. Objectives
TOEFL is usually used to test the English language skills of a person in the context of American English. Meanwhile, IELTS is used to test the ability of the English language in the context of British English.
3. The test materials
